As an experienced Meat Cutter, you will bring with you knowledge in retail cutting techniques for all meat and seafood cuts, proficiency with the saw and creative merchandising techniques. This position requires employees to meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat cutting and preparation. All employees display product in a fresh and appealing manner throughout the department. They process fresh and frozen products. Each employee packages, prepares trays, weighs and labels packages, rotates product and removes out-of-code date products. Employees also sanitize work areas in accordance with company standards and health department regulations.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Meat department experience.
Ability to lift 40 pounds. Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Strong team player with a willingness and desire to learn, work hard, and have fun with it!
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
